Gathered Information when You Browse the Ecognise Website Although we will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that availability of our website will be uninterrupted and error free, we cannot guarantee this due to the nature of the internet. If you are not registered as a user or a trainee you cannot use one of our online tests to test your skills. We ask you to provide your full name and email address to register and this information is retained by us but is used only when sending you your test results. You may also provide personal data through: telephone calls to DC; letters and email; customer feedback forms; the Ecognsie community; or other DC or Ecognise facility offered by us.
